Romania’s procurement legislation is complex and quite intricate, as in most other EU Member States. The World Bank or EBRD rules are not far either. So the essential prerequisite for scoring big wins in award procedures is to give due consideration to the applicable rules in the bidding process.

Tender Phase

We advised two major Romanian companies in connection with the award or performance of several contracts concluded for some of the most important highways projects in Romania, such as Timisoara-Lugoj or Suplacu de Barcau-Bors, worth of over EUR 300 million.
